I first met Zoe back in early 2024 while she was writing on-demand poems in Central Park. She wrote an incredible poem for me and I took a few photos of her before I continued on my afternoon.
Flash forward nearly a year and a half, and Zoe hired me to take some new branding photos for her which included a studio session (coming soon) combined with an “apARTment” session in her Brooklyn apartment.
To say that I am obsessed with this place is an understatement. This is a completely unique space, with plenty of interesting nooks and crannies that I can’t figure out how she saw the final vision for this apartment when she moved in. I love the attention to detail, the little details, and of course the many typewriters sprinkled throughout the space.
I absolutely love capturing artists in their element – it is where they truly come alive and show the outward expression of their inner selves. This space feels so truly and completely, Zoe. 🙂
